We've got what you need!

Tempeh is a traditional soy product originating from Indonesia. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. Tempeh offers plenty of protein and other essential nutrients and is also high in manganese, copper, calcium, iron, and other essential minerals and vitamins. Therefore consuming Tempeh is not only a great way to add healthy soy to your diet but it is also a way to boost protein intake.

Fresh Tempeh is often prepared by cutting into pieces, soaking in salty sauce and then frying.

Cooked tempeh can be eaten alone, added to stir fries, soups, salads, sandwiches, curries, stews, pasta sauce, as a burger or on the barbecue. Many vegetarians and vegans enjoy tempeh as a meat substitute. Raw Tempeh remains fresh for a few days at room temperature or it can be refrigerated to extend it's life.
