The Terms and Conditions apply to all users of IDF Marketing Services Limited's website titled "Tempeh UK" and to all business carried out by the company.
This does not affect customer statutory rights.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and to take effect immediately on the website. It is the customers' responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions in the event of ordering off the website.

In these Terms and Conditions "we", "us" or "our" and "the company" means IDF Marketing Services Limited. "Customer" means the person or third party using the website.

The prices of products shown on the website including tempeh are inclusive of any VAT which may apply and exclusive of delivery charges. The company reserves the right to change prices or to withdraw products at any time prior to despatch. We will use our best endeavours to ensure that products are available.

All pictures of products are not always shown to scale and are therefore for information only.

IDF Marketing Services Limited does not accept payment by cheque or postal order. Payment can be made by bank transfer which will be taken on the same day of order placement or on the day following receipt and confirmation of customer's order.
Ownership shall only pass to a customer on payment and delivery of the products ordered. Risk shall pass to the customer (including for loss, deterioration or damage) upon delivery.

Orders received before 12.00 on a weekday will be normally despatched on the same day subject to the size of the order and our receipt of payment. Orders received after 12.00 will be normally despatched on the next working day subject to our receipt of payment. Orders received on Friday will normally be despatched on the following Monday.
The company's working days are Monday to Fridays 10.00 - 16.00 excluding public holidays.

The customer is responsible for the provision of correct delivery information to the company.
A person over the age of 18 should be available at the delivery address to sign a receipt for the consignment. Delivery schedules are set for working days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
The company does not guarantee that delivery services are available to all parts of the United Kingdom and delivery is not available outside mainland United Kingdom except by special arrangement.

A customer may request an amendment to an order prior to despatch by emailing the company at info@indodirectfoods.com. The order will be placed on hold until any changes have been mutually agreed. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse an amended order.

IDF Marketing Services Limited reserves the right to cancel an order at any time if the company has not received payment.
If an order has been despatched it can no longer be cancelled.

If products are received which are defective or have been damaged during transit please email us with details (including photo if possible) as soon as possible.
The company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the damage or defect is deemed to have been caused by the customer.

IDF Marketing Services Limited reserves the right to set-off any damages or costs which are recoverable from the customer by deducting the same from any refund.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the parties shall submit any dispute to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Our intention is to collect and use any information that can be associated with you (including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and information about your on-line activities) ("Personal Information") as is reasonably necessary in order to enable you to make the most of the activities available on our website.
We may also use your Personal Information for purposes including dealing with enquiries, tailoring our services to your requirements and preferences, and to provide you with information about us and our goods which we think may interest you.

as far as possible, any unauthorised access. However, we are unable to provide any guarantee that information stored by us will not be subject to unauthorised access.

This includes for the purposes of maintaining customer/service quality standards, detection of and/or prevention of crime and to ensure that our employees comply with legal obligations and our policies and procedures.
